hollo!! Long time since update this blog. Girlfriend also don't know how to update blog. Waiting for me to update issit? Lols. Okay, so far, life is okay. Except recently. Ankle injured, groin cramped after last thursday's training. I only realise that I'm in pain the next day, which in friday. Lols. All of this is cause of the muay thai. I'm in Karv Maga. Not Muay Thai. This is what happened, it was break time in the middle of my training, I went to the punching bags and kick one of it. I don't know why, cause my kick had a punch in it, well maybe I'm tall that's why it packs a punch. Was kicking playfully and suddenly coach told me to join the Muay Thai training for that day. I was like WHAT THE HELL?! Okay, I thought it's going to be fun. In turn up that it's freaking tiring! I had to do squats approximately 80 times, skip 15 mins non stop and crocodile walk the mat which is 20m for 10 times. Whooargh. Then, kick the punching bag again with each kick, the Muay Thai coach will shout, HARDER! HARDER! Whoaah. Well, glad that's over. I told my coach that I don't want to join the Muay Thai anymore. My coach laugh. Lols. Well, today I'm going geylang with Aman, Phyfee, Tompok, Payong, Dee, Doraemon, Alang, Jepons and Boboi. Can't wait. Hahas. Alright.
